Hey all, thanks again for your patience. My layout artist and I have gone back and forth with a few rounds of notes and I think we are in the final lap. The very last step (hopefully this week, fingers crossed) is for myself and someone with a much sharper brain than mine to read through it and compare it to the original documents and make sure EVERY DANG WORD is in there. Once that's complete, you'll all get the digital PDF copy and it goes off to the printers! Surveys have gone out, cards have been charged, orders are locked. If for some crazy reason you're just now hearing about the surveys please check for them, fill them out, let me know if you need it re-sent, etc. I can't promise the turnaround time on catch-up surveys will be great but I will try my hardest to help everybody and fulfill every book I can.

I had some people with issues over the weekend so I extended the deadline for surveys. The new deadline is 9:00AM MST June 14th. So if you're reading this right now and have not filled out your survey, please do so right now!
If you didn't receive a survey, let me know. If you have ANY questions, let me know. If the shipping doesn't look right, please let me know. I want everyone to get their book, and this is the last window to lock this information in!
